Last night the Haymakers team went out to Medfield where we caught up with Peter Goodall at Fitness Advantage. Because of the nice weather Fitness Advantage took the class outside, where they really worked on their conditioning.

The Haymakers team did a working lunch yesterday, as they traveled down to Quincy to check in with Brian Higgins.

    Last night, we also managed to hit up Peter Welch's Gym in South Boston to catch up with Matt Crane. Matt sure has fists of fury!

Yesterday afternoon, we went to Boston Boxing in Allston to see Dan Matuszewski. Dan's opponent and training partner, Dave Walsh was absent, but only because he's running the marathon tomorrow!

  Our final gym of the night was The Ring Boxing Club on Commonwealth Ave in Boston. There,we ran into five our guys (and girl!): newest fighter Stacey Frumm, Jim Ramella, Josh Dawson, and opponents Frankie Stavrianopoulos and Luke Owings!

Last night the Haymakers team was all over the place, and one of our stops was North Station to check in on the team at Combat Sports.

Saturday afternoon, we went to Boston Boxing to check-in with Dan Matuszewski, and new fighter Shelly Walsh! Haymakers has been hit with the injury bug this year, and thankfully Shelly was available to step in, almost at the last minute.

    Thursday afternoon we ventured to Newton to see John Sementelli at Nonantum Boxing Club.  When we got there he was already in the middle of his sparring session with his trainer Nathan (who apparently is the gorilla in their logo!).
