Last night we went out to Fitness Advantage in Medfield, Ma to catch up with Peter Goodall.

We stopped back at The Ring Boxing Club to check in with our boy Frankie Stavrianopoulos on Monday afternoon.

The Haymakers team was a little anxious before the Bruins game so we headed over to The Ring Boxing Club to catch up with Stacey Frumm, who was getting a workout in. Stacey is a late addition to the Haymakers team, but she has been terrific!

Wednesday night, we caught up with cousins Ray McCarthy and John Sementelli at Nonantum Boxing Club in Newton. Both guys came to fight, and fight they did! Ray went first, sparring a few rounds with a couple of different guys.

Wednesday night the Haymakers team made their way over to Canal St to check in with Jim Ramella at Boston Training Facility. Jim was sporting a freshly shaven head, which we think made him a little quicker!
